UFO Cancels Fall Tour Dates as Singer Phil Mogg Suffers Heart Attack

Sad news for rock and metal fans as veteran UFO vocalist Phil Mogg suffers a heart attack. Mogg has successfully underwent surgery on September 1st and is currently waiting for respite and rehab. As a consequence of this, UFO have cancelled their fall tour dates for the Last Orders tour in Europe from October 15th-29th on doctors orders.

Currently, it is unaware as to whether these dates will go ahead, Mogg is due to undergo six weeks of rehabilitation therapy with the band and doctors unable to give a definite time for scope and duration of the treatment.

Refunds are available at the point of purchase, but it may be worth waiting for more concrete news on Phil Mogg’s condition. Everyone here at Metal Digest wish our best for Phil Mogg, his family and friends and for a speedy recovery.
