This was an album which featured guests such as Adrian Belew and Mikael Åkerfeldt and was delivered through a massively accessible sheen that managed to drag fans who wouldn’t necessarily have progressive rock as their genre, drawing fans from rock, metal and even pop with wonderful melodies and pleasing sonic aesthetics.
