This morning in the Metal Digest office we’re turning up the volume on a real classic early 90’s album by blasting ‘The Law’, the 1992 album from Exhorder. Following the superb ‘Slaughter of the Vatican’ which is one the albums which laid down that thrash/groove sound that Pantera would take to a new level in the 90’s, ‘The Law’ would push many of those thrash elements behind and lead with a full of groove metal charge. It is often massively overlooked today just how impactful Exhorder were, so this morning, turn the volume up exceptionally loud, feel that New Orleans Mississippi mud rise and really lay down the law!
