This afternoon we’re blasting the self-titled 1974 debut album from Canadian power trio Rush. As an album, ‘Rush’ was a far-cry (see what I did there) from what they would become just a few years later, but ‘Rush’ isn’t without its moments and there are some great 70’s hard rocking tunes with tracks such as ‘Finding My Way’ and in particularly ‘Working Man’ still being played right up until Rush called it day following the death of Neil Peart. Speaking of which, Neil Peart is not the only Rush drummer who is no longer with us, as it was John Rutsey which played drums on ‘Rush’, so this afternoon, crank up Rush’s debut album get yourself in the mood for the evening!
