This morning in the Metal Digest office we’re blasting ‘So Far, So Good… So What!’ the 1988 album from Megadeth. This was the only Megadeth album to feature Jeff Young and Chuck Behler and it would become a halfway house between the line-ups of Gar Samuelson and Chris Poland and huge 90’s success of Marty Friedman and Nick Menza. However, this didn’t stop ‘So Far…’ from being any less prominent and many Megadeth fans rate this album amongst their favourites with tracks such as ‘Hook In Mouth’ and ‘In My Darkest Hour’ being amongst some of Dave Mustaine’s best writing. So today, dig it out and crank it up loud, throw those fists in the air and shout “F is for fightin’!”
