From Sweden With Love! Imminence Drop NSFW Yet Awesome “Temptation” Video

wedish quintet IMMINENCE — fronted by vocalist and violinist Eddie Berg, guitarists Harald Barrett and Alex Arnoldsson, drummer Peter Hanström and bass player Christian Höijer
are back with the video for the new song “Temptation.”

The band takes us on an immense cinematic journey seldom seen in this unforgettable clip.

With no remorse or regrets, this is the heaviest and most extreme song in the band’s history, accompanied by the grandest video production the alternative metalcore act has ever released. The video was directed by Pavel Trebukhin from TRE Films. Shooting took place in Riga, Latvia over a 7-day shooting schedule. The song was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Sweden by Henrik Udd, an award-winning producer that has worked on critically acclaimed albums by artists such as Architects, Bring Me the Horizon, At the Gates, and more.

Following the release of Turn The Light On: Deluxe Edition, an album that serves as a significant milestone for the band and helped shift the band from promising up & comers to an established headline act, “Temptation” is the first heavy transmission from Imminence in nearly two years.

“Releasing ‘Temptation’ is a statement,” says Barrett. “It’s a huge contrast to our recent, acoustic era, and we want to show that we can do what we want, when we want, and how we want. No one can ever predict the next step from us, not even ourselves.”

With an album that placed in the Top 100 Official German Album charts, a sold-out run of album release shows, a 100% increase in ticket sales, and doubled venue capacities during the last European headline tour, Imminence have since the release of breakthrough single “The Sickness” (2015) and the album This Is Goodbye (2017), proving to be one of the fastest growing acts in the scene today.
